Frame and Roof and Site supervisers OH MY!!!

Had most of the frame assembled and are ready for the brick to go up.had out first meeting with our site supervisor "B" who pretty much confirmed everything we were thinking about frame discrepancy wise.Also had a walk through and feels kind of strange going through the house when its just a frame but that should change soon hopefully.

also the sliding doors were in the wrong way :( but B said that it would be fixed.

SLAB

went and saw the land today and the slab has been poured. Also the display village is coming along nicely.

Variations for the house have also come back and the doors are still sliding the wrong way after a thousand times of telling them which way they should be going....

NOT HAPPY JAN!!!
other than that all is well.

We have been told by PD that building should start soon (poss 2 week ),fingers crossed,as all paper work has been signed of and the land is now settled.

Colour scheme

Colours for the outside starting from top to bottom.
Colorbond Surfmist-garage door,front door and the cladding.
Colorbond Woodland Grey-trim ie;guttering,powdercoat windows,facia ect
Colorbond Night Sky(black)-Roof (not exactly colorbond but it's the closest colour)
Dulux Self Destruct-Render



These are the colours for the interior
two tiles-darker one is for the outside balcony and the lighter one is for everywhere including bathroom kitchen and laundry.
2 laminate samples-lighter one(Oyster Linea) is for all the cupboard except for the island bench cupboards which will be done in
the darker sample(Liquorish Linea)
benchtop sample -Osprey


Last but not least is the feature tile that will be in the shower recess and as a border on the tile splash backs but not in the kitchen as that will be glass (duh!)

Display Homes,Title and Unrelated things

the Display Homes are going up quite quick as 2 weeks ago they were only frames,hope our home goes up as quick as these.

Also the land has been titled and is just waiting for settlement in two weeks and council permits to come through.



Also, on a unrelated note, Bonnie the latest addition to the family is getting HUGE!!! she now weighs just under 5kg and is nearly as long as our biggest(Indy) .

At the moment pretty much everything is set up for the house just waiting for the land to be titled so PD can start digging.
